Draught. Weak apple aroma. Clear golden colour, sparkling. Small fizzy head. The flavour is tart and citric, citric apple. Hint of puke and quite vinous.

Bottle. It’s looking quite good in the glass, with a clear golden body under a small but lasting white head. Sourish apple aroma with some impressions of sweetness. A little touch of yeasty funk too. Quite effervescent medium mouthfeel, lightly astringent, with flavors of yellow, sour apples, fruity sweetness and some yeast. Lemony, apple finish. Quite drinkable, but far from impressing. It feels a bit artificial too. (080812)

33cl bottle. Pours clear yellow/golden with a fast disappearing white head. Tiny sour note in the aroma while taste is mostly sweet & sugary. Green apples. Too sweet and close to apple juice!
