16 oz. Aroma has notes of berries, lemon, vanilla, funk, brown sugar. Pours murky salmon pink with a quickly collapsing pinkish-white head. Taste has a moderate sourness (7/10) and sugary sweetness with faint bitterness and berry smoothie flavors. Cinnamon comes through in flavor. Yummy stuff.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear, but very dark, ruddy brown with a slight tan head. Aroma is Tmavy - lightly roasty, but different from USA lightly roasty. Med body. Flavor is lightly roasty with some darkish caramel and a sort of coffee note. Dry. Bitter. Almost crisp and clean like a pilsner. Very nice flavor.

Draught at Tip Tap Room, 7/29/21.
Fully hazy, bright beeswax-golden with a small, but modestly-well-retained white head.
Understated juiciness in the nose is slow to emerge as lime and pine acidity jumps out ahead. Tangerine and lemon rind follow from the El Dorado while malts seem well-attenuated, adding white bread, biscuit and cracker. No real twang or alcohol, but I don't like the sharp edge that El Dorado usually gives.
Soft and malty and very well-attenuated leaving the beer very dry. Biscuit, cracker and bread soak up some of the pine and lemon rind-like acidity while tangerine and orange do add a decent amount of juiciness. Can't help feeling this could use just a bit more honey-like sweetness from the malt to create more balance and robust juiciness. Engaging carbonation and no alcohol or flaw.
