Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sour fruit - sour yeast, moderate yeasty, frutiy yeast, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sharp, yeast, fruity, fruity yeast, sour malt, bark - rind. Bottle @ restaurant Prins Heerlijk, Nijkerk. Colour is clear reddish brown, so probably still brewed at Salland/Huttenklaos (because filtered). Off white head. Aroma's: roasted malts, light vegetal/sulphuric, some dark chocolate. Retronasal there's firm roast, dark chocolate. Flavor is above moderate sweet, chocolate, light herbal. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly roasted. Not bad.

6 3 6 3 14 Draft @ Burg BF ’17. Brewed @ Sallands/Huttenklaos, but they’re opening their own brewery soon. Clear golden color. Dense almost white head with a thin layer retention. Aroma’s: fruity, sweet spices. Retronasal it’s caramel malts, some fruit. Flavor is above moderate sweet. Medium bodied. Quite soft carbonation. Finishes with caramel and eventually light moderate bitter. Technically in order, but not very exciting.
