(Bottle, 0.75 l, at Gastropub Tuulensuu, 20130810) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spices, herbalness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spices, malts, yeast and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A very spicy brew. That was a bit off-putting but still the beer was somewhat drinkable.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate yeasty, light raspberry - berries. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity - sweet berries. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20130215]

Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, brett, white wine. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130215]

Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, plastic, smoke, acidic - sourish garden hose, rubber. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Red amber colour, beige head. Aroma of old lambic, rhubarb, hubba bubba chewing gum, red fruits and light caramel. Malty flavour, light sweet, light wild yeast. Finish red fruits and hubba bubba chewing gum.

Bottle sample @ ZBF’13 shared with the RB Belgian crew. Dorée claire, col blanc. Arôme est fruité, citronné, houblon frais pointe herbacée. Palais donne dans un style presque infecté - brett, vin blanc, citronné, pointe aigreur suivi d’agrumes et citronné. Sorte de feuilles citronnelle, effervescence moyenne. Retrouve pas franchement le profil d’une blanc ni du froment, le tout étant dominé par ces notes aigres. Pas mauvaise, mais on peut se demander l’idée originale du brasseur.

Small white rim, clear golden beer. Cooked & raw vegetables, wheat, faintly sourish, lactic. Sour, pharmaceutical, infected. Wheat. Light, but not empty MF. Bit wheatslickness. Oh dear. I fear infection.

75 cl. bottle sampled @ ZBF 2013. Bright citrus golden with a white head. Nose is sweet citrus, lemon, brett, sweet fruity & spices, candy sugar, sweet wheat,… Taste is all infected, sour lemon, brett, lactic, sweet fruity with flowers, sweet wheat, yoghurt,… Hazy jam body. Quite infected turning this unintentionally in a not too bad sour.

27/IV/13 - 75cl bottle @ Zythos Bierfestival (2013-409) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing our beers today!
Clear yellow beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, candy sugar, bubble gum, citrus, bit fruity. MF: way too much carbon, light to medium body. Taste: very sour lemony start, little bitter, lots of citrus, artificial lemon flavours, soapy. Aftertaste: more soapiness to test your palate, unpleasant, grassy, some alcohol and is that a hint of smoke I taste? Very sour ending. If you ask me, this is infected and not the usual wheat sourness.
