Bottle shared at the DTE tasting thanks to sic1314. Pours clear amber with no head. Aroma of rich apples, wood, caramel, pears. Flavour is light heavy sweet. The alcohol not at all noticeable in the palate. Full bodied with doper soft carbonation.

Thanks Tderoeck for the share. Cuivrée tirant plus sur l’acajou foncé. Arôme ici aussi de pomme caramélisée, la première dominant et le dernier en accompagnement. Le tout est frais, pomme agréable, pointe acidulée laissant plus paraitre le profil chaire de la pomme. Note encore ce côté épicé, tannin? Un cran en dessous de la Neige.

Thanks Tderoeck for the share. Cuivrée pâle laissant un beau filament doré au verre. Arôme de pomme caramélisée avec un bon concentré de sucre résiduel. Palais est frais, note de tanin, pomme caramélisée, sucre renforcé avec ce léger fini pelure de pomme. Légèrement collant aux lèvres avec une petite note épicée en fin de bouche avec une petite pointe d’acidité. Solide comme toujours.

Bottle shared thanks to sic1314. Pours clear amber with no head. Aroma of tart apples, apple sauce, light wood and pears. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic. Caramel sweetness coming out balancing a little tartness in the palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Clear dark orange to reddish liquid, pretty thick. Aroma: lots of ripe to overripe apples, apple juice, apple skin. MF: oily texture, pretty thick, some alcohol burning. Taste: sweet, pretty acidic, lemon juice, alcohol, apple juice, green apple skin. Aftertaste: alcohol burn, pretty acidic, lemony, bit sugary, bitter touch, apple skin, more alcohol, sour apples.

THX!!! to tom10101. Pours a clear copper golden. Smell is sweet apple juice mixed with a spoon of syrup de Liège and surprisingly I am also getting a touch of star anis in this one, very minor but quite interesting touch. Thick warming, strong but not booziest La Face Cachée de la Pomme so far, this one is quite warming but an overpowering punch is not here so goes down very smoothly. Tastes of Minut Maid and golden apples juice with a touch of honey, flowers, nectar, spoon of s yrup de Liège, this one is one is very smoothed out, might be the age. Honey-like feel to it & ice cider is still very hard to review but this is another one that was very, very, very good.
