Smell is intense and very sweet with ripe red and green apples, blue cheese, hay, cloves, cinnamon, alcohol and ginger. Taste is intensely sweet and tiny sour with apples, apple jam, dry soil, lemon zest and ginger. Mouthfeel is sticky sweet, slightly tart and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny sour with ripe apples, lemon zest, hay, marmalade, dry soil and some warming alcohol. Quite nice but nothing you drink a lot of. Re-rate! Thank you pushkinwow! Taste is sweet, sour and very fruity with tons of mixed crushed apples both sweet and sour, hay, dry soil, ripe star fruit, ripe pineapple, moist wood and hints if apple brandy and cinnamon. Mouthfeel is extremely rich, sticky sweet, fruity tart, tiny boozy, viscous and near full bodied. Finish is sweet, sour and fruity with ripe apples, hay, lemon peal, alcohol, moist wood and hints if blue cheese. I feel I get this now. Dull golden colour w legs. Brown sugar and apple aroma. Big spicy, alive flavour. Rich, delicious complexity of sugars, apples and spices. One of my favourites. The oak really draws out flavour and complexity in the finish.

bottle - This cider has a robust aroma of sweet apples with a hint of florals. The taste is very sweet and full, yet tart, bursting with ripe apples and the suggestion of honey. The sweetness carries through to the finish. It’s definitely more of a dessert drink, a very delicious dessert. Superb!

Bottle at MaxxDaddy’s tasting. Pours amber. Nose/taste is absolute perfection in a glass - sweet syrupy honey and liquified frozen apple. Sweet but well balanced and perfectly constructed. Medium body.

Bottle. DArk yellow colour. Fantastic intense apple aroma. Great powerfull apple flavor. More sweet than dry. Long wonderfull powerfull finish. Excellent creamy palate. World Class.
