Very good, dense & fine, just off-white head over veiled copper-orange beer. Pale, but also mainly coloured malts, more than faint notes of greenery, herbs, and a metallic whiff. Again quite a bit metallic, and very toasted flavour. bit of human sweat and again greenery, (caramelized) vegetables. High attenuation seems to indicate candi sugar. Bit peppery, very light sourish hint. Gristslick; well-carbonated, spritzy; light to medium body. Again a remake of a legendary beer of old, this time the beer from Beirens in Wommelgem. I like it, even if we'll never know if it's truly its reflection. Thanks to Stef!

Hazy amberbrown colour, good frothy beige head, dissipating slowly, light lacing. Aroma roasted malt, caramel, maple syrup, molasses, raisins, dates. Taste light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, roasted malts, caramel, molasses, dried fruits. Medium body, sticky texture and mouthfeel, soft carbonation, lingering syrupy sweet aftertaste, spicy notes, dried fruit, not bad but rather messy brew, all in all a decent strong ale.

Donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht zoet met iets van karamel een vleug drop en heel vaag iet van anijs.

Cask at Arends Nest Amsterdam. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Brett aroma. Some sourness in mouth. Some toffee malt. Sour finish. Pretty authentic base biscuit lemon iambic. Decent go at the style. A bit too much lemon maybe but not bad.

Bottle from Delices, I think. Grainy, blond, bit of sweetness, lightly herbal. Tasty. Bit of cream. Saison like elements.
