On tap @Poor House. Medium gold, mostly clear, excellent still head. Boozy pine & earth nose. Aerosol hop delivery. Classic, nostalgic bitterness. Mild sharp fruit upfront but mostly spicy herbal rest of the way. Accuracy dry, thin malt, super forceful, cleansing carb. Classic West Coast. Good stuff.

Default 9oz pour at the source. Brown on black pour, lingering cookie lace. Mild char, slight berry prick on the nose. Raspberry confectionery truffles. Thin, slightly charred malt. Very medicinal. Too medicinal. Ugh.

Default 9oz goblet pour at the source. I think the bartender told me the barrel but I didn't jot it down & I can't find mention of it on the interwebs. Russet, opaque, dull pour with very little head. Twangy nose, deep fruit, old leather, traveling fumes. Tangy cherry, berry, subdued cider vinegar, mellow twang, scratchy malt, medium high acidity, old bruin feels. High carb, very little noticable oxidation, soda burn. Kinda great.

February '24. Half pours to start. Dull, very dark brown, thin lace. Served kinda cold. Brown bread, burnt coffee. Ashy coffee residual, a bit nutty, charred toast, minerally finish. Thin, acidic, hard carbonation, ashy finish. Meh.

Tap. Pours quite hazy golden yellow, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is a bit like overripe fruit, melon, grapefruit. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter. Light plus body. Heavy handed

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is raisin, cocoa, roast. Slick body, cocoa, roast, dark fruit, dry finish, very good.
