very unique beer because of the mint. Thr underlying stout is nothing special, but the mint makes it worth trying. Poor house sd.

Sample at the taproom. Brown-black color with a medium thick beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Medium to full body with flavors of espresso, roasted malt and bittersweet chocolate. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom. Brown-black color with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Patchy lace. Aroma of roasted malt, maple and coffee. Medium to full body with flavors of sweet maple, roasted malt and coffee. The finish is sweet and roasty with a coffee and maple aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Light-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, cinnamon and chocolate. The finish is sweet with a malt and cinnamon aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light-bodied with flavors of chocolate, roast malt and mild earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a chocolate malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Clear pale orange color with a medium bone white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Citrus, hops and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hop, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Cloudy straw color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of wheat, lemon and malt. Light-bodied with a salty lemon and wheat character with some bready malt in the background. The finish is tart with a lemony aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Poor House. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. Fresh with hops, citrus, some pine and malt. The body was medium and the finish quite bitter.

On tap at Poor House. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. Quite mild with hops, fruit and light malt. The body was medium as was the bitterness.
