Bottle form local AH XL supermarket. Color: Dark ruby, beige head. Aroma: Roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, dark fruit. Taste: Brut, champagne-yeast combined with roasted malt, chocolate notes, caramel and dark dried fruit. Moderate to over moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, just above average carbonation. Nice complexity, not your average beer. A Brut Belgian Strong Dark... Enjoyable.

Medium body, average carbonation. Hoppy notes in the background. Hints of citrus. Moderate sweet, light bitterness. Ok overall.

500ml can from Noz. Pours a generally clear gold, medium white collar. Tastes a bit industrial, has a cheap syrupy Heineken influence.. pretty average blonde tbh.. Not sure there was much monk overseeing going on that day.
