Bottle shared at the DCBeer February share. Poured a nearly pitch black color, with a small tan head. Big barrel, rum. Light woody notes, coconut. Big, bold. Huge finish. Smooth.

US Pint can from Left Field Beer, Solihull and shared af Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, light dank, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, grainy, dank, grassy, floral, light mineral, light citrus, dry woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Pours clear gold into a Sam glass. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Lemon and hay aromas. Crisp with kumquat and white grape upfront turning to straw and hay before the lasting sweet guava finish.

Aromas are grapefruit, mineral, malt and a little bit of onion. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet then going to sweet and then back to bittersweet. Slightly soft carbonation and full body. Malty sweet at the very end.

Aromas are dry grain, house dust, malt, melon, stone fruit and a hint floral. Flavors are similar to nose, on the sweet side up front and a little more bitter in the finish. Slightly soft carbonation and round body. Nice beer.
