Bottle. Pours clear reddish hazel, small off-white head, dissipates quickly with a bit of lacing. Aroma is acetone initially, fading with time, oak, woody raisins. Flavor is light tart, light funk. Light body, minimal carbonation in the end. Decent after breathing a bit.

Tap at Brasserie V. Mmm. Delicious funky sour Saison. Big, creamy white head on top of a slightly hazy golden body. Wow, this is nice. Puckering tropical fruit tones. Zesty pineapple. The sour overwhelms the Saison aspect, but it works out really well. Has some creamy malt tones that really give it balance. Pretty awesome, classic BFM tones. Subtle and delicate, while at the same time intense and vibrant. Solid offering. World Class.

Bottle courtesy of Linus. Tried batch 1 & batch 2 side by side. Hazy yellow pour with a frothy white head. Fruity nose with cracker malts, lemon juice, dish soap (b1), white grapes, dry wood, dried juniper berries (b2), light funk & citrus zest. Sour, fruity & spicy taste. Dry & slightly tart mouthfeel. Batch 2 which I prefered was cleaner with more gin character. Quite nice! Refreshing beermonade. --- Beer merged from original tick of Experimentalis - Meyer Lemons (Ransom Spirits Pinot Noir/Gin Barrel) on 22 Jul 2016 at 18:56 - Score: 7. Original review text: Lemon and pepper corns. Light cracker malts. Light dish soap.

Bottle thanks to Sherrice. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong floral, chamomile, oak, lemon zest. Medium body, lemon, chamomile, oak, nice tartness, alcohol hidden very well, really enjoyed this.

Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. Huge Thanks! A dark black mahogany brown coloured pour with a loose tan head. Aroma is smooth marzipan, jammy fruits, tart blackberry, soft roast. Flavour is composed of tangy blackberry fruits, cherry, vanilla, chocolate and cherry. Palate is semi sweet and sour, tangy, highish carbonation. Weird one.

One of those famous, funny looking OEC 750s pours a cloudy gold with some cloudy, white head. Nose has lemon, green apples, green grapes, a little neutral oak, some light vinegar. Flavor has a bit more complexity, green apples and green grapes are still there, lightly horsey here, straw, grass, lemon, mild butter. Finishes tart and dry. Well doe.
