From a 50 cl bottle shared at Travlr’s sour beer tasting. Pours a cloudy pale yellow gold with a feint white head. Flavors of lemon with some floral notes. Tart finish.

Bottle courtesy of JBK, thank you Justin! Cloudy very pale yellow color, white head. Nice herbal aroma with distant flowers. Taste is earthy, lightly tart lemon. Very tasty.

Bottle - Light berry fruit and some creamy lacto. Hazy copper orange with a thin head. Creamy lacto, berry notes. Nice balance of sweetness and creamy notes. Reminds me a bit of NG.

Proletariat, NYC tap: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is wine, yeast, and vinegar. Taste is rather sour, quite funky, with a very interesting dinish. Excellent. I could drink this all day.
