We believe in creativity over tradition. We believe that the quality of the liquid inside our bottles and behind our labels is the most important thing to our customers. We believe you shouldn’t have to donate plasma to afford a great bottle of mead. We believe that opening the door to the mead category to as many people as possible is why we exist and we’re having a blast doing it! We do not produce beer, grape wine or cider. We make modern mead for everyone.

Half liter bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 5/26/22. Clear amber, large creamy tan head, good retention. Somewhat surprising for a mead. Aroma of pineapple, lemon, honey. Taste is strong pineapple, honey, cherry, spice, bright citrus. Pretty agressive. Juicy. Okay balance. Lingering tartness. A bit odd, but it works okay. Decent.

Red orange with a small white head. Sweet and tangy with strong cherry and raspberry and a bit of tart apple. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Bottle from Tree Rock. Questionable if this is a cider or mead. First ingredient already fermented cider, then honey. Stemless wine glass @home. Clear, flat, pink/red/orange polluted sunset pour. Sweet, medicinal, cooked sugar, roses. Sweet cherry Lifesaver, hibiscus tartness, white sugar, no honey, slight cooked flavor, sulfites. Slippery, mellow, easy abv. Probably too sweet, but surprisingly okay.

Peach pink color with a medium sized foamy head that left good lacing. Sweet, tart and tangy with strong pineapple and cherry. Exceptionally long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Bottle shared by Brian. Aroma is soft lime, acid, vanilla-ish. Flavor is the same. Balanced and awfully close to a key lime pie. Creative!

Bottle pour shared by WillRunForBeer--thanks, Brian! It's a pale yellow with light sparkle, ring of off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is strong mix of honey and vanilla/graham cracker. Taste is strong honey, lighter lime and graham cracker. Mouthfeel is light side of light side of light-to-medium with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, strong flavor with good complexity and balance.

Aroma is key lime, notes of vanilla. Taste follows aroma, key lime, pie crust. Nice.
