We believe in creativity over tradition. We believe that the quality of the liquid inside our bottles and behind our labels is the most important thing to our customers. We believe you shouldn’t have to donate plasma to afford a great bottle of mead. We believe that opening the door to the mead category to as many people as possible is why we exist and we’re having a blast doing it! We do not produce beer, grape wine or cider. We make modern mead for everyone.

Pours a deep red. Smells of apples and berries. Tastes is sweeter than I’d like and somehow reminds me too much of grocery store cranberry juice cocktail. Not that it’s bad, but it’s not what I’m looking for.

Vanilla and lime aroma. Flavor is smooth with tart lime, hint of vanilla, and honey sweetness. Easy drinking mead.

Pale yellow with a small white head that faded quickly. Sweet, tart and tangy with lime and graham cracker. Long finish. Medium body.

Nice clear orangish amber color. Odd hint of farm on the nose, maybe a little leather on mild cherry olfactory. Farmy and leather carry over to the taste. No visible carbonation in this but on the uptake, I get quite a sizzle. Immediate mild warming sensation is notable. Coats the mouth with a sweet sensation of honey. Now, I think I'm getting just a little bit of boozy cherry on the tongue. This stuff is different than most mead based drinks I've had. Its not bad, its simply quite intriguing. I notice now that this liquid is a little bit more viscous than the many of the straight up meads I've tasted. Maybe its just my imagination, runnin away with me.

Pours a reddish color and smells of berries and honey. The flavor is very sweet without reaching the point of being cloying. Cherries and honey are prominent with a note of tart raspberries. It’s good though for me, I think I’d like it a bit less sweet.
Super sweet, really does taste like cheesecake. A little goes a long way.

Aromas are a really nice blend of floral, apples, cherries and raspberries. Flavors are similar to nose, losing some of the floral in gaining more raspberry. A little more sweet than tart. Tasty.
