Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours a deep purple with no head whatsoever. Aroma has pomegranate and blackberry with sweet honey and a bit of citrus rind coming through. Flavor has a nice pomegranate and blackberry combination with a nice honey backbone.

375mL bottle drunk 10/1/23. Clear, bright gold. That's a lot of almond that slowly yields to some moderate pear character with bright honey throughout. Bold notes, ultimately too much almond, I think, but it's certainly aromatic. More acidity than expected, as brokensail points out. Pear is quite lovely and the almond is still packed in there. Rich honey, clean and soft with a touch of citrus character. Still rather disjointed and adjunct dominated, but I bet this would be nice in five years once it develops some cohesion and mellows out.

375ml bottle pours out red nose is big jammy raspberry notes a little acidic tartness vanilla and some oak. Taste is more of the nice sweet berries vanilla cream barrel and honey.

375ml bottle pours out copper gold color. Nose is a nice pear honey sweetness some apple and bourbon barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet rich honey pear apple and bourbon barrel notes a little vanilla.

Pours dark, unclear redpurple. Scent is vanila, full, creamy, red berrry like rather than grape. Taste is sweet, intense, thick, nice vanilla 'hug to the tongue'. Lovely balance. Fruityness is more berry than grape to me. Absolutely loving this !

Clear amber yellow mead. Aroma: lovely stuff, lots of almonds, smells like amaretto, sweet sugary impression, honey notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: oh yeah, nice one! Sourish start, sugary, nice acidity, fruity notes, some pear syrup, honey. Aftertaste: sugary, lots of almonds, sourish, fruity, pears, more acidity in the finish, nice one!

On tap at Free the Whales. Pours a dark ruby with no head. The aroma is raspberry, honey, vanilla bean. Slick body, honey, raspberry nice sweetness from vanilla, enjoyed this.
