Leur signature est vraiment évidente dans cette bière... L'alcool n'est pas vraiment perceptible, et l'amertume surprend pour le style. C'est un peu piquant en bouche, et peu sucré.

Ça goûte vraiment l'aulne, et j'adore ça! C'est vraiment très proche d'une Pale Ale bien rustique. Les céréales fraîches sont à l'avant plan, puis arrive une finale assez florale. L'amertume est dosée à la perfection pour ce style.

Bouteille 750ml au Mondial 2019. Couleur jaune opaque, mousse blanche. Arôme de fleur d'oranger, malt. Goût de fleur d'oranger, malt, amertume moyenne-faible. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen. Ça n'a pas grand chose d'une IPA Brut...

La fraîcheur et l'acidité m'ont un peu surpris en entrée de bouche. C'est différent et plutôt bien ficelé. Je ne sais pas si c'est le houblon utilisé qui amène ça, mais c'est fortement citronné. J'ai bien aimé.

À l'aveugle, j'aurais misé sur une Blanche belge, mais sans la coriandre. C'est assez mince, puis le foin et les céréales dominent le goût. La finale est légèrement fumée.

A hazed amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light Epsom salts, light Brett, light berries, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, brett, very nice and complex. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs 2018.

A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light citrus pulp, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light coriander, ashes, light mineral notes, weirdest. On tap at Élément in Brossard.

After having their Uapishka Witbier that exploded all over my desk, decided to open this one at the sink. And like expected, exploded all over, even worst then the other. What a waste !!! Deep amber with a big frothy beige head, good stay and full lacing. Red ale malts with the fruitiness, nuttiness of a brown ale and some decent hops. Caramel base is present. The taste has this base as well with hops that give nice bitterness in the finish. Gets hazy at last pour - with whatever is left in the bottle. Not a bad brown ale, but seems like keeping their brews for a little while creates crazy carbonation. Not cool.

Another explosive beer... that pops out of the bottle (after sitting there for months and not shaken). I can see the carbonation is a little too crazy - tame that shit down. Head is not even that big, or does not stay super long. White, foamy, blah. Beer looks better at last pour with some haziness and spices floating around. Orange, peach and mango nose with yeast, spices and mild hops. Flavours of oranges, light mango, with the coriander. I like witbiers, but this one is so-so.
