A burgundy red mead with a nice flowery aroma, cassis, and sweet candy notes. In mouth, not overly sweet, with light sourish tart notes from blackcurrant, and soothing. A good for a romantic evening. Served well chilled, bought at meadery, August 25, 2007, rated on Sept.1 2007.
