A pinkish Berliner Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light raspberry jam, light acidity, light strawberry notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes, light raspberry jam, light acidity, pleasant. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau hiver 2018.
