A deep dark stout with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with loads of dark coffee, light licorice, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with loads of dark fruity coffee, resinous hops, dark fruits, licorice, very nice and rich. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, lemony briny mix with light resinous hops. In mouth, a nice tart mix of lactic notes, light Brett, resinous, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, treacle, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with herbal hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours nearly clear deep gold with an average white head. Notes of typical saison cereals, slightly funky and rather phenolic Belgian-type yeasts with pepper, herbs, some soft citrus and stone fruit augment, tart berry undertone must be the sumac, finishing rather dry and a bit yeasty/chalky, subtle funk, pepper phenols, lingering soft fruity acidity. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Decent enough saison, the sumac addition is rather subtle however.
