Can. Amber-brown, thick head. Rich and phenolic smoke aroma, light banana phenols on the palate, again rich alder smoke, medium body but quite sweet from caramelish malts. Lots of fun.

A beautiful pink orange gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Epsom salts, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, salts, very nice and refreshing. On tap at a Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2018.

A deep dark reddish brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with loads of treacle, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a beautiful sweet mix of treacle, dark fruits, molasses, plums, scotch notes, very nice and smooth. On tap at Mondial 2018.
