A hazed golden blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light peated notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with smooth peated notes, light cereals, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2024.

A lightly hazed golden bock with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark bananas, light cloves, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light banana bread, light cloves, pleasant. On tap at La Flûte à Bec.

Optisch typisch Stout, schwarz wie die Nacht, Schaum bricht mit der Zeit ein. In der Nase sehr schön röstig, im Trunk ziemlich derb, verbrannt, erinnert sogar etwas an Rauchmalz. Smokie, sehr starker Espresso. Gab eh grad nen vollen Magen, als Absacker also ordentlich.

Schönes dunkles Kupferrot im Glas, feiner Cappuccino-Schaum hält sich lange. In der Nase Karamell, im Trunk supercremig, ausgesprochen würzig, blumig, Karamell, wow, da schwingt noch noch ne Note Früchtetee mit, sehr außergewöhnlich, sehr lecker.

Optisch klares Gold im Glas, in der Nase würzig, im Trunk ausgesprochen intensiv Koriander und Bergamotte, Halleluja, nicht verkehrt. Die Aromatherapie für den Gaumen. Das spült die Nebenhöhlen durch. Gleich noch ne Nase.
