Misty yellow, two fingers white head. Aroma: barnyard, yogurt and soft wood. Taste: puckering sour apples, bret and wood.

A lightly hazed pinkish red ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light tart mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice and smooth. Bottle from Peluso Beaubien.
