Agrumes aux accents de pamplemousse, une touche d’orange et de puissants arômes de résine de houblon constituent l’essentiel de l’olfactif. De couleur dorée paille, le liquide est voilé et couvert d’une mousse épaisse, crémeuse et très persistante. Saveurs d’agrumes à la sauce pamplemousse et orange au départ. Un soupçon tropical s’installe par la suite et se mêle à de douces notes maltées caramélisées. La finale nous offre une amertume assez solide de conifères et de résine. Définitivement amère cette IPA. O:6.05 V:3.9 G:8.6 C:4.0 G:16.25 T:38.8 Citrus fruits with grapefruit accents, a touch of orange and powerful aromas of hop resin make up the bulk of the olfactory. Golden straw in color, the liquid is veiled and covered with a thick, creamy and very persistent foam. Citrus flavors with grapefruit and orange sauce at the start. A tropical hint then sets in and mixes with sweet caramelized malt notes. The finish offers us a fairly solid bitterness of conifers and resin. Definitely bitter this IPA.

A hazed dark reddish amber ale with a thin lacing light off mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with cedar plank, light berries, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light woody notes, raspberry pulp, ok. On tap at brewery.

A pinkish ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with watermelon, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light prickly pear, some mint, light acidity, OK. On tap at brewery.

A pinkish red ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, berries, light acidity, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with lime, berries, light acidity, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with lemony notes, light Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with lemon pulp, light tropical fruits, light Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
