Jaillissement de mousse de la bouteille à l’ouverture. Nez très sauvage avec Bretts à l’appui. Aspect vineux perceptible mais les mures se font attendre. Liquide orangé, brouillé, avec une mousse épaisse et persistante. Les mures sont bien senties en bouche et apportent un sucré doux mais assumé. Un fond miellé et caramélisé vient rehausser cet aspect sucré et ajoute à l’équilibre tout en adoucissant le côté sauvage. Des notes de vin charnues contribuent à complexifier la palette de saveurs. Can: Poured a clear golden color pilsner with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean crisp cereal notes with light herbal notes. Taste is also a good mix of clean crisp cereal notes with some herbal notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed pilsner with good drinkability.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tropical notes with some floral hops undertones. Taste is a mix of tropical notes with light mango and floral hops undertones and some light residual sugar notes. Body is really full with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA but dry leafy hops notes with a little bit too apparent.

Can: Poured a deep burgundy color ale with a medium size light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of deep caramelized malt notes with some toffee and honey notes also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt with some toffee notes and residual sugar notes with some honey notes clearly noticeable. Body is full with good carbonation and light warming alcohol notes. Enjoyable scotch ale with great mix of complexity and drinkability.

Composantes de miel, de caramel, de sucre d’orge composent un aromatique peu puissant avec un fond d’alcool. Une mousse beige très effervescente disparait rapidement et laisse place à un liquide brun foncé aux reflets roux et légèrement voilé. En bouche c’est chaleureux, miellé aux accents de fleurs sauvages et de trèfle, légèrement caramélisé et affichant des esters de fruits noirs tels dattes et figues. L’alcool est puissant et attaque la finale de façon un peu agressive. Des houblons légèrement épicés agrémentent la fin de bouche. Dominance du miel et des esters fruités bien que le caramel soit bien perçu en sous-note. Le corps est bien rond et la carbonatation plutôt douce. Taste is also dominated by tart notes with some clean cereal notes and light salty flavors. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but Salicorne notes are not as dominant as I was expecting.
