JEt black pour with a nitro tap head. Smells roasty, and bitter with faint coffee notes. Aroma is VERY roasty, with a nice coffee kick in the finish, a long bitter finish.

(750ml bottle shared by Eric, thanks!) Pours clear bright red with a decent off-white head. Notes of nice brightly juicy sweet-tart pale cherry juice with the Montmorency soft cinnamon spicebox quality, soft tannins from the cherries giving some nice grip, light lactic acidity, fairly clean Belgian farmhouse yeast profile without heavy funk, some hay though, soft barrel, nice balance but not a ton of complexity. Refreshing stuff. Light to medium body, fairly active carbonation. Not the most complex wild ale by any stretch of the imagination, but the cherry flavours are very pleasant.
