From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight citrusy. Mild yeasty, lemonish and citric. Bitter, citric and mild sweet flavoured. Bitter, phenolic and light grassy. Dry and bitter finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a creamy and slight off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty and light toasted. Bitter and malty sweet. Smooth and easy finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours brown with a small tan head. Aroma is light caramelish and mild hoppy. Smooth malty, breadish and caramelish. Light bitterness into a medium dry finish.

Dégustée en fût sur place. De couleur ambrée et claire. Nez fruité (agrumes, léger d’abricots, traces de mangues), de houblon herbeux aux faibles notes résineuses et florales, de grains de malt sucrés avec des petites notes de caramel. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture légèrement huileuse et aux notes crémeuses. Goût moyennement amer de houblon très faiblement résineux et aux petites notes florales (présent durant toute la gorgée) avec un goût fruité (agrumes, léger d’abricots) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un moyen goût malté de caramel avec des notes de céréales sucrées puis en finale l’amertume de houblon reprend le dessus en affichant un caractère légèrement herbeux. Post-goût moyen, moyennement amer de houblon herbeux aux petites traces résineuses avec un goût fruité (zest d’agrumes). (hiver 2006-07)

Draught at the brewpub. Weak malty aroma. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is OK malty, turning citric and a little watery. Surprisingly clean.

Draught at the brewpub. Mild buttery aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a little fruit. OK mild vegetable note. Semi-clean.
