The Walled City Brewery is a multi-award winning restaurant and brewhouse. Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a brown hue and a light brown head that lasts through out the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has sweet grains and bread with a touch of toffee coming through. Flavor has sweet grains and bread with toffee and a hint of light fruits in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has citrus and rind with a bit of flora, grass and sweet grain underlying. Flavor has light mango and a hint of citrus with some flora and sweet grain supporting.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, vegetables, phenol notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, berries, pale malt, sharp, phenol, sourish malt. IMO: infected ;O( Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]
