Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a deep, dark brown rather than black with a small, rough brownish head. Not really all that thick considering the strength. Complex, sweet aroma of dark, dried fruit, chocolate wood and whiskey - but not all that peaty relly. Solid body, but far from fat and almost flat. More of the above and now a hint of ashy peat. Sweet and warming finish, borderline boozy. 190326

Bottle 0.5l, more than six years aged. Huge thanks, René! Cloudy, dark red to brown colored. AROMA- raisins, brandy, honey, caramel, prunes, plum, chocolate, my father's homemade cherry liqueur. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, lightly bitter, very warming, the same as aroma. Fuller bodied.
Really good.
