Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, reddish brown with a small, beige head. Boozy and oddly tart nose. Incredibly thick and syrupy body, caramel, toffee and wood - even salty. Cloyingly sweet and brutally bitter. Not a bad beer, but the huge amount of residual sweetness makes it almost undrinkable. 050424

Bottle.My X-mas rating no 17 so far 2023/24.Pitch black colour with small head aroma is heavy sweet and heavy warming with flavour of honey and spicy nice by style very well balanced and easy to drink good by style beer.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy, deep red with a small, rough, off-white head. Intense raspberry nose. Rich body balancing between sweet and slightly tart with intense raspberry notes - almost fat. The sweet & tart lingers all through the finish. Not bad. 101023

Saison #26, huge thx HP! Hazy golden body, huge head, medium retention. Flowery, creamy, woody aroma, some white wine, light red apple. Spicy taste, earthy, flowery, dry, lightly tart, biiig carbonation, prickly, bit yeasty. Okay, bit weaker in the taste, but works!

Bottle, 9.3% at Kolding ølmesse 2021. Fruity paint thinner aroma. Cloudy red brown colour. Small whitish head. The flavour is citric with a mild paint thinner note. Good acid. Clean but flavorful.
