Bottle.My X-mas rating no 17 so far 2023/24.Pitch black colour with small head aroma is heavy sweet and heavy warming with flavour of honey and spicy nice by style very well balanced and easy to drink good by style beer.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy, deep red with a small, rough, off-white head. Intense raspberry nose. Rich body balancing between sweet and slightly tart with intense raspberry notes - almost fat. The sweet & tart lingers all through the finish. Not bad. 101023

Draught @ Fairbar. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, candy sugar, dried fruit, dates. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, candy sugar, dried fruit, light licorice, light alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish with some warming alcohol. 291022

Saison #26, huge thx HP! Hazy golden body, huge head, medium retention. Flowery, creamy, woody aroma, some white wine, light red apple. Spicy taste, earthy, flowery, dry, lightly tart, biiig carbonation, prickly, bit yeasty. Okay, bit weaker in the taste, but works!

Bottle, 9.3% at Kolding ølmesse 2021. Fruity paint thinner aroma. Cloudy red brown colour. Small whitish head. The flavour is citric with a mild paint thinner note. Good acid. Clean but flavorful.

Bottle 50 cl. Massive plop when opened. Hazy golden with a gigantic and lacing, white head. Spicy, yeasty, fruity nose. Medium body, slightly sweet fruitiness, some yeast and subtle phenols with a bitter finish. Quite a decent Saison. 260623

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, creamy, brown head. Fat, roasty nose with some woody accents. Rich, roasty body, chocolate, balanced sweetness and again a wooden whisky edge. Quite some alcohol burn in the finish. Really delicious. 120323

Bottle 50 cl. Pours thick and syrupy black with a tiny, brownish head. Distinct gingerbread aroma: honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves. Rich, sweet, roast with a lowish carbonation and all of those spices. Warming, boozy finish. This actually works well. 280223
