[ As Two Heads Behind Farmhouse au Cassis - Batch #8 ].
ABV: 8.0%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, blackcurrant, light to moderate yeasty, sour malt - sour berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, caramel, sweet malt, sugary, sticky, fruit - berries - perfumed, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20210513]

Bottle.From Meny Taastrup.Dark orange colour with medium head.Aroma is fruity of mandarin and herbs bit odd after taste but but not bad,dry hopped and mild finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a smallish, off-white head. Sweet, malty nose with some faint pheols. Very - no VERY - sweet body with sugary biscuit malts, and a weak yeasty accent. Some hops, but way to late to balace the cloying sweetness. 230321

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lacing, off-white head. Very citrusy - almost perfumy - nose, atop some caramel. Medium body, some very dry caramel accents, actuallly the citrus notes continue into a rather bitter finish. 230321

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, belgian yeast, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, candy, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, brown sugar, belgian yeast, candy - yeast - sweet yeast, caramel, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
