On tap @ Una. This is a cloudy dark golden one with a nice lacing mild beige head. It has a mild, not so pleasant aroma. Old cabbage lots of malt and grape sweetness. Something burnt here also, grains and silo. Not too pleasant really. In the mouth it's thin and almost a little watery while the bubbles are nice soft and prickling. Sweetish and a little sugary in the taste. Soft yeast-old. Really mineralish, lots of super thin saft. Something red-berry fruity, but it's not a very good one this. 23.10.2015

Rerate, 330 ml bottle at Brakanes Hotel, Ulvik. Brewed by Slumpelukko at L/L Voss Fellesbryggeri. A more typically correct blonde colour now, small white head. Moderate but nice aroma of malts and Belgian ale yeast. Soft mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Moderately malty flavour with hints of \"spicy\" Belgian ale yeast, ending in a moderate earthy hop bitterness. Original rating 2016: 330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 4.7%. Brewed for Slumpelukko in Belgium. Golden-brown colour, slightly hazy. (If it is intended to be a \"blonde ale\", why is it brown?) Moderate white head. Aroma of m alts, caramel, brown sugar and spices. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour has only a slight sweetness, with some caramel and spices. Tastes like a seriously watered-down dubbel, which might not be so far from the truth. Not a bad beer though.

On tap @ Henrik. This is a cloudy looking golden colored one with a nice medium sized lacing white head on the top. In the nose I get tones of both vanilla, yeast, malty sweetness and canned pear. Mild but quite nice and a little different from all the other hop based APAs out there. Tastes nice also. Soft oily on the texture and it's just below average and prickling on the carbonation. There's wheat and hay initially. Mild banana, some yeast and it's almost a little bready. Mineralish tail. Likable and quite different. 06.02.2015

Flaske delt med Ovesen på Café Stationen, Voss, mai-16 (4 gentlemen gone beer hunting): kobbergylden med flott skum. Fersken, appelsin, aprikos, litt gjær og krydder i aroma og smak. Lett krydret floral ettersmak. Meget forfriskende i finværet denne lørdagen på Voss.

Lett tåkete gylden brun med to fingre høyt kremete offwhite skum. Lukter fersken og røde bær. Lett. Noe søtlig start, medium bitter, mot blomster fra midten og ut. Kort

On tap at Una, Bergen. It’s an unclear, orange colored beer topped by a dense, off-white head leaving lacings. Oranges, some pine cones and some malts in the aroma. Sort of simple, but sure nice. The same can be said about the flavor, which also has a nice bitterness to support the malty back. It’s full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with a lasting rather fruity finish. A pleasant and easy drinkable beer. 151005
