Ahhh nice aroma that popps out when I open this one. Grapefruit hoppy and caramel malt. Also some pine. Looks damned good. Hazy orange golden color with a lovely thick off white head. Inviting stuff. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Moderate sweet and a nice bitterness. Semi dry ending. What a lovely beer. Grapefruit hoppy, pine, mild tropical and a nice mild caramel malty back. Hell yeah. Rock and roll.

Bottle. An unclear, golden beer with a dense, white head. The aroma is mostly on the fruity side, with some tropical fruits and pine cones. Rather ordinary in a way, but solid. It’s full-bodied, soft and pleasalty carbonated. Pale malts in the back of the flavor, with peaches, grapefruit and some pineapple. Lasting finish. Very easy drinkable and quite tasteful. 150718

33cl bottle from Gulating ølutsalg, Strømmen. Pours close to clear deep golden with a modest, white head. Fairly hoppy aroma with citrus, herbs, some tropical fruity notes, pine and pale malt. Moderate sweet with nice hoppy flavours, some acidic notes and a nice bitterness. 330ml bottle, batch 59, many thanks to Gunnar for this one. A golden body with a slight haze. Filmy layer, spotty lacing. Aroma is dry with mild lemony tartness and pine. Fruity hoppy flavours, lots of citrus, dusty hops and hints of grainy malts. Bitter fruity finish. Medium to thin bodied. Okay, does not stand out in anyway (hotel room, Stavanger 20.06.2015).

Gylden brun noe tåkete med fingerhøyt beige skum som ligger godt. Lykter sitrus, fersken, noe vanilje og ananas. Bittersøt smak av sydhavsfrukter og blomster. Middels sødme. Kort bitter avsluttning.

Flaske fra Våland, hjemme: lett uklar kobbergylden med fint skum. Nydelig og frisk aroma av granskudd og tropiske frukter. Smaken er like god, og grapefrukt blander seg inn på en behagelig måte. Flott munnfylde for et øl i butikkstyrke, og ettersmaken er meget balansert og akkurat passe bitter og tørr til at jeg må ha en ny slurk før jeg skriver videre. En særdeles velkomponert og velsmakende butikk-ipa.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Tau. Hazy golden. Off-white head. Aroma of American hops, pine and citrus. Similar taste, with tropical fruits and some malt. Balanced, with good drinkabilty.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of spruce tips, also notes of grapefruit. Spruce tips, pine and grapefruit in the flavour too, reasonably bitter finish. Well done.
