Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, barnyard, wood, wood - berries, sherry notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, dry, funky, wood, berries, light vinegar - wineous. On tap at The Bottle Shop Canterbury . Black beer lasting tan head. Some paperyness some chocolate light coffee. OK strong porter. Or is it a stout as it is slightly roasty too. Some sting on finish. Paper. Some dark fruit on aroma.
