Can from Kelly and Paul, thanks! Light gold thin white head. Tart apple light sulfur plenty of spice but taste is sweet and can handle the spice load. Pretty nice winter warmer-esque cider.

super excited to grab this mix pack as ive recently decided to become the master of New England cider, what does that entail you ask? not sure i made up the title. Hadnt heard of any of these varietals prior. clear gold pour, not all that many bubble fairly flat. nose is tart green apple some perfume. tastes quite tart indeed, lemons, crabapple, white wine, flower petals, pears. crisp finish. dry.

style chasing, hopped ciders have proved tricky even though I'm back in cider land. Cloudy yellow and some bubbles. nose is quava, fleshy sweet apples, and citrus. Tastes of lemon, McIntosh apples, guave puree, grass, and veggies. odd flavors that don't quite mix. guave makes it too juice like and apples aren't bright/funky enough. hops give touch of liveliness but still havent loved any hopped ciders but will keep seeking out for at lest a few more ticks.

Pours golden with a short-lived frothy, white head. Aroma of dry yeast, apple juice. Taste has sweet apple juice that quickly fades to a dry, almost bitter finish. Palate has a very slight booze bite, almost the only distinguishing factor between this and a regular cider. Really well done.
