Bottle pour at 1634, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is sweeter than their others, with a more syrupy sweet character and wildflower honey. Flavour is fairly sweet but not that syrupy, with wildflower notes and floral notes. Syrupy but not that thick or complex. Pleasant.

Bottle pour at 1634, pours a clear blonde. Aroma has a muddled melange of baking spices and fermented out honey. Flavour is fairly spicy, with more sweetness than their other meads, with plenty of spices, wildflower honey, and booze. Boozy, moderately sweet but still thin. Decent.

Bottle pour at 1634, pours a clear blonde. Aroma has very subtle ginger and lemon, and fermented out honey. Flavour is much the same, with plenty of ginger, a little lemon, and mostly fermented out honey. Watery and lacking depth. Meh.

Bottle pour at 1634, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is mostly a function of chamomile, a touch of lavender, and a touch of floral honey. Flavour is light-to-medium sweet, with chamomile and lavender, floral honey, and earl grey tea. Not usually my thing but this works well.

Bottle pour at 1634, pours a clear blonde. Aroma has soft pear skins, a hint of ginger, and totally fermented out honey. Flavour is nearly bone dry, with light ginger, fermented out honey, and gentle pear. Floral, boozy, not super complex. It’s alright.

Bottle pour at 1634, pours a clear copper. Aroma is full of basil, wildflower honey, and floral notes. Flavour is full of fresh basil, floral wildflower notes, and fermented out honey. Surprised how well the basil works. Real solid.

Bottle sample at 1634, pours a clear pink. Aroma is very fruity, with lots of sweet raspberries and cranberries. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of cranberries and raspberries, light notice of wildflower honey. Sweet and fruity. Solid stuff.

Bottle sample at 1634, pours a clear golden blonde. Aroma is loaded with vanilla beans upfront, with a touch of peaches. Flavour is medium-heavy sweet, with a strange banana character, followed by sweet vanilla and a touch of peaches. Weird but works pretty well.

Bottle sample at 1634, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out lots of apple pie and cinnamon upfront, with subdued honey. Flavour is medium-heavy sweet, with lots of caramel apple pie and lots of cinnamon. Medium-sweet, with a heavy boozy finish. Very good.

Bottle sample at 1634, pours a clear pinkish red. Aroma is loaded with lightly tart strawberries with a touch of cinnamon. Flavour is quite sweet, with lots of strawberries upfront and light cinnamon. Subdued wildflower honey in there. Nice expression on the strawberries. Very good.
