A hazed golden cider with a nice aroma of apple pulp, lavender notes, citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple sauce with light lavender notes, light floral hops, tobacco, very nice. Bottle at Syracuse Beer fest November 2014.
