Description
Somos el resultado de una larga trayectoria en el mundo de la cerveza artesanal en Cataluña. Desde siempre hemos considerado la cerveza como un producto vinculado al territorio y por eso hemos querido conjugar en nuestras recetas ingredientes cultivados por los agricultores de nuestro entorno.

Somos del Vallès, un área natural en dos comarcas, donde todavía hoy la agricultura está muy presente. Queremos que nuestras cervezas sean el resultado de las cosechas, de las añadas, del terruño y de la gente; empezando por los agricultores y acabando en ti.

Bottle sample @ LIBF’17, thanks to the RB-InBev Belgian crew for the share. Cuivrée, col beige. Arôme est finement herbacé, houblonné, pointe de biscuité et bien malté avec petit effet de fruits fermentés. Palais reste bien biscuité, café, grillé avec une pointe d’agrumes et C-hops? Effet de pamplemousse et mandarine. Petit côté de poudre de chocolat, amertume persistante au niveau des houblons.

Bottle sample @ LIBF’17, thanks to the RB-InBev Belgian crew for the share. Dorée-orange, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez plaisant, petite douceur latente, fleurie t houblonné en rétro. Palais reste sur une impression levure belge voire allemande, note maltée caramel persistante et une douceur rappelant le miel, levure présente, amertume houblonné est modérée oscillant entre noble amérisant et fruité/fleuri.

Clear dark blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, fruity, yeast, some marzipan, lots of banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: banana, bitter, bit malty, sweet. Aftertaste: yeasty, some citrus, bitter.

Clear orange beer, no head. Aroma: sweet, malty, grains, some almonds. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: little malty, some citrus, bit sweet, meh. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, metallic touch, fruity, peaches.

Clear amber brown beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, caramel, malty, vanilla, dried fruits, banana. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet caramel malts, dried fruits, sweet, some ripe banana. Aftertaste: some tropical fruits, grapefruit, hoppy bitterness, nice stuff.
