Somos el resultado de una larga trayectoria en el mundo de la cerveza artesanal en Cataluña. Desde siempre hemos considerado la cerveza como un producto vinculado al territorio y por eso hemos querido conjugar en nuestras recetas ingredientes cultivados por los agricultores de nuestro entorno.
Somos del Vallès, un área natural en dos comarcas, donde todavía hoy la agricultura está muy presente. Queremos que nuestras cervezas sean el resultado de las cosechas, de las añadas, del terruño y de la gente; empezando por los agricultores y acabando en ti.

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty spicy, fruity touch, sweet impression, malty, cow fodder. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity touch, some grapefruit, citrus, sweet, little bitter. Aftertaste: grapefruit, malty, grains, not sweet though, decent beer.

Bottle sample @ LIBF’17, thanks to the RB-InBev Belgian crew for the share. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au nez bien houblonné, rétro axé sur les grains rétro levure, un peu lager. Palais garde une approche typique de lager allemande, ici, je vois donc une steam beer, ok, ça a du sens, malt pils avec une impression de jus de houblon, finemetn amer et citronné.

F: thin, white, quick gone. C: orange gold, hazy. A: malty, orange peels, spicy, grassy, floral, yeasty. T: malty, orange peels, peach, floral, spicy, mellow fruity, medium body, low to medium carbonation, touch of bread, interesting but not much for Saison style there, 33cl bottle from LIBF 2017 in Leuven.

F: thin, white, very quick diminishing. C: orange gold, hazy, opaque. A: malty, fruity, orange, spicy, ginger, floral. T: malty, light fruity, peach, spicy, herbal, orange peels, quite thin body, low carbonation, nothing really enjoyable, 33cl bottle from LIBF 2017 in Leuven.
