Borefts VIII. Day 2. Bottle, thanks to Rene. Cloudy amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, decent carbonation. Tangy thin malts, mildly sweet. Bitter floralness and bitter dried fruits. Tangy bitter finish. Nice try but a bit wonky!

Draught at Ahrendsnest. Cloudy amber with a full head. Aroma of tropical fruit and malt. Flavour of bready malt, fruit juice, bittersweet base.

Batch #009. Very hoppy, almost a BIPA. Bitter, roasted. Nice.

Bottle sample, thanks, clear deep orange to brown color, aroma of candy and roots with a spicy hint, almond and minerals flavor with some caramel. Fair But not really exciting.

Bottle. Brown muddy color, extreme gusher. Aroma of yeast, malt and fruity hop. Taste is carbonated, with bitter hop, malt, nuts and iron. Tastes like a failed brown ale.

batch #10, 4.6%, gusher, die ook tijdens het inschenken telkens weer naar boven komt, onprettig om te drinken. donker met mega kraag dus, aroma van caramel, zoet, mout, donker fruit, smaken van geroosterde mout, caramel, hopbitter, shitload aan koolzuur bij elke slok, stro, graan nee ga eerst het koolzuurprobleem maar oplossen, dit is ondrinkbaar.

batch #009, schenkt zwart met bruine kraag en erg veel co2, aroma van chocolade, geroosterd en gebrand, zoet. Smaken van redelijke hopbitterheid, laurier, geroosterde en gebrande mouten, koffie, droog, poederachtig, matig zoet, gebrand karakter, trekdrop, matige body.

[9/24/16] Bottle sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day two. Orange-amber. Caramel, minerals and dusty hops aroma. Sweetish malt flavor, caramelly, with minerals and bitterish hops. Medium-bodied, over-carbonated.

Bottle at borefts 2016 dark brown.. Thin white lacing.. Soft sweet floral toffee fruit nose.. Soft herbal dusty fruit

Bottle shared. Huge gusher! Clear amber color, huge fizzy beige head. Smell and taste malts, some caramel, some kind of bitterness but all flavors are completely overpowered by the huge fizzy carbonation. Ridiculously high. Pretty crappy.
