Bottle from European Swap 2018/1, tank you taboada! Pours orange, whitish-hazy with some not too abundant foam on top. Nose has some saison yeast character but also white wine characteristics and slightly boozy fruitiness. Taste has good level of acidity, fees tart and fruity but at the same time grainy base is coming out as well. Some steady bitterness in the finish. White wine mixed with beer, feels something like this. Very unique flavours, hard bitterness and overall interesting beer. Experimental, the way I like it.
