HOPe Cervesa Artesana
Microbrewery in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Catalonia, Spain 🇪🇸

Sampled from the cask at Cat Bar. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has earthy and sweet bread with a hint of straw underlying. Flavor has earthy bread and straw with a hint of light fruit in the finish.

Cloudy light brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have some caramel malts and a little noble hop bitterness. Very fine carbonation.

Bottle shared at RBESG16. Clear wheat beer with a big citrusy lead in the nose and taste. Now I see it has added Citronella! No wonder it has a lemon aroma and flavour.

@Spain, @Colmado L’estuca, @Girona, bottle 33cl, 5.8%, 2015 pale yellow/golden with white head. Aroma of citrus, some brett-kind-off sour notes, malts Tate is this, medium sweetness, medium/faily bitterness, citrus-grassy, malts, wheat, weak sour, spicy, a lot of co2, weak body, i’m not a fan of the bitterness in combination with the spices/hops. --- Beer merged from original tick of HOPe Citric on 24 May 2018 at 16:31 - Score: 6
