Cloudy red-amber color, with medium sized head. The aroma is yeasty, woody, peppery. Dryish mouthfeel, with spicy, peppery caramel flavor, a light vegetables feeling, ordinary bitterness. Peculiar, but not bad.

ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Hazy amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Light palate, a little soft and semi dry. Odd juxtaposition of tangy orange grapefruit and bubblegum. Tiny bit sour. A little wheaty malt in the finish. Not unpleasant but somewhat odd.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, raisins and plum, but also hints of juniper berry and citrus. Taste is medium to heavy bitter. Body is oily and smooth with medium carbonation. Finish is creamy with notes of caramel and juniper berries.

Bottle. dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is hop, floral, malt. Flavour is dry, hop, floral, malt, caramel, fruit, tropical fruit. Bitter finish. OK beer.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with nice lasting white head and some rather large particles. Aroma is light malty and sour (i.e. hints of sweat) but also hints of juniper berry. Taste is light bitter with a dry, watery and well carbonated body.
