A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet herbaceous hops, light grapefruit, resinous citrusy floral hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, treacle, light butterscotch, very nice. Can from Three Floyds, 9 months old.

Can in San Diego. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Not bad overall, pithy, some piney bitterness, tangerine rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more rindy bitterness, touches of pine. Not bad.

Bottle share: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is coffee, roasted malt, maybe a chocolate. Taste is coffee and loads of it. Chocolatey finish. Sort of sweet. Solid.

16oz can pours a clear gold with some wispy, white head. Nose is zippy, grassy, lime, scrape, some vanilla. Flavor follows, some lime, zippy grass, lemon curd, soapy. Oily finish. Crushable and very nice.

16 oz can shared at the DC RateBeer May tasting. Mostly clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral notes, light tropical fruit. Tastes of citrus, light tropical fruit, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice.
