Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, pale golden with a lacing, white head. Distinct thyme aroma. Medium body, some slightly sweet malt as a base, a soft mouthfeel and then the very distinct thyme comes rushing in - also flavor wise. Very subtle bitterness. Without being exactly nasty, thyme is not exactly something I need in my beer. 111119

Bottle 33 cl. Comes a slow gusher. Pours a cloudy amber with a lively, dense and creamy lacing off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with a distant unpleasantly chemical note. Rich, malty body, heavy toffee and caramel, but now the chemical tang - probably a fermentation by-product - has become even more horrible, bordering undrinkable. Massive, brutal and unrefined bitterness. Come again. 071119

Bottle 33 cl. Comes a slow gusher. Pours a hazy yellow with a gigantic white head, that only dissipates slowly. Yeasty, lemony aroma. Medium body, a dry maltiness but also loaded with phenols making this a close to undrinkable chemical mess. 101019

I’m wondering what went on with this beer, and the few I’ve had from this company. I’m seeing fizzy, and higher carbonation. But I’m getting flatter beer. Inconsistencies from the brewery or the storage of the beer by the Mas at La Boqueria Market? I’ll never know as this was a one-shot for me. Maybe you locals can answer. Lot l22 17 - Nov 18 best before I suppose. I get a flatter amber brown sweet malt nose. No noticable hops. Really, very, very much like there Brown Ale. Sweet a little molasses baked beans flavoured. A miss label? fellows below talk

Just like my fellow traveller below I too go my bottle from La Boqueria Market in Barcelon, specifically the Mas stall. Pours a cloudy light amber low head. This comes with a little funk and fruit. Taste is sweet, mild malt, with a little off flavour. Not sure where they are going. But not bad.

Pours a cloud brown, with a thumb of soapy looking head. Caramel malty nose, taste a little burnt, a little molasses baked beans, with some lingering sweetness. Not awesome, but hella better that the macro Mediterranean crap I’vehad for the last week (first world problem)

Bottle 6.4% abv, batch L224 (thanks suurjuust). Gusher. Pours hazy amber with whiteish head. Aroma malt, minerals, caramel. Flavor is sweet and bitter, slight butter and puke, citrus, malt, caramel, dirtiness. Finish is slightly sour, bitter, and booze. Overall: dirty, but drinkable.
