Aroma is fruity, a strange fruit, and kettle sour. Sweetish and with a nice balanced tartness. It’s an unusual fruit, sort of tropical, and I like it. A clean, simple fruited kettle sour, fun for the unique fruit.

Cloudy light amber, light pear phenols, with light yeast. Has a lemony sour taste with some dirty yeast, and a bit of black pepper. I like it better if I think of it as a black pepper sour.

Taste comprises lemon rind, peach yoghurt, light spice, apricot, sharp mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte fruit rinse in the close. Ok stuff, could do with a little more acidity.
