CBC Green Session. Keg. Hazy pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, airy and dry. Mild sourness. Light floral pineapple and peach. Trace of banana. Airy finish. Dry, but tasty.

[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 3rd session. Golden. Aroma is woody, spicy and fruity. Flavor is woody, citric, spicy and fruity, with a light tart touch. Medium-bodied.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ “Brazilian Tasting”. Thank you tderoeck! BBF 12.01.2016. Light hazy golden, little white. Nose is good quality delicious coffee beans, sweetish, cacao, sweet coffee but base is weak, watery, tad milky with no hop. Taste is same great quality coffee beans with light sugar, caramel, cacao but base is watery, light, light yoghurt, thin, iron, touch milky,… No hop character, age? Body is thin & watery,… The coffee deserves a way better base beer than this.

Clear orange beer, aery off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: weird, fruity, citrus, some coffee, grapefruit, more coffee. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of coffee, pretty bitter, more coffee, some citrus, bit watery. Aftertaste: bit fruity, coffee, weird, not bad, but I don't like coffee...

Aroma is very weird and stale with hayish tones. Also cereal and cardboard. Flavour has cardboard, citrus candy and papery tones. Also fruit candy. Feels like some Belgian ale mixed with very old pale lager.

Bouteille 355ml via trade with Marlos, BB 12.01.2016,lot# L04. Léger ambrée, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez malté pâle et pils sur un bouquet café léger accompagné d’un fin malt grillé et houblonné noble. Palais au café agréable, léger malt grillé, pointe houblon noble allant vers le fleuri. Le profil reste léger entre pâle et carapils se terminant sur une pointe d’épicé du café.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Morada / Stillwater Artisanal Amburana Farmhouse ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, keller, damp stain - fusty, strange fruity ! Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, damp stain - fusty, keller, fruity malt, odd fruit ! From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Red session. Clear olden color with white head. Aroma is yeasty, soap notes, apples -pears, smoked. Sweet and bitter fruity and smoked. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.
