Bottled 500ml. -Cloudy yellow coloured, minimal white head, grapefruit in the nose. Rather sweet grapefruit taste with light bready notes. Bitter/sweet finish. It’s hard to detect almost anything except grapefruit here. Drinkable but just another boring radler.

Can. Aroma is moderately flavoured, lemony. Hazy light yellow colour. Taste is sugary, citric acid. Acid finish. Overall less sugary than others, but not the better for it.

First came the Facebook ads, then billboards, and now, after weeks of seeing ads and no trace of the beer anywhere, it showed up in Zagreb. Typical chalky, shiny yellow body, with a small head that disappeared very fast. Sharp citric aroma, grapefruit kills any potential lime, but some tangy note might be attributed to the latter. Hmm... not bad altogether. Some bready, malty backbone shows up, it’s sweeter than the Croatian average (which is less sweet than the world average, mind), with some notes that walk on some edge between rock candy and gummibears. The grapefruit is prevalent again, with its traditionally just slightly offputting finish and aftertaste, but yeah, there’s some lime - kinda could’ve been expected since the soft drink part is made allegedly with grapefruit juice and lime aroma, but it’s still too subdued. Dunno. If you like grapefruit radlers, you’ll like this one, but there are better choices, for me, in Croatia.

0.5l bottle. Deep orange body, off-white head. Aroma of grains with some roasted malts. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma. Grainy with notes of roasted malts and some chocolate maybe. I can’t really get the caramel or any dark fruits that I prefer to have in a dunkel. Not terrible or anything, but not really my cup of tea.

Bottle, 0.50l. Clear dark brown color with medium frothy light brown head, good lacing and soft visible carbonation. Aroma of mild roasted malt, nuts, caramel and cereals. Taste starts with a bit artificial caramelly sweetness, follows by more toasted than roasted maltiness, light spicy mouthfeel and mild bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Decent, but without any superlatives...
