Keg at Northern Monk Refectory, Manchester, 21/02/20. Murky fruit smoothie yellow with a white cap that thins to spotting. Nose is ripe citric flesh, weed, pine needle, grass, melon. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, grassy bite, light dextrose, cantaloupe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking and approachable DIPA.

Taste comprises juicy citric flesh, pine needle, grass, ripe melon, grapefruit, weed. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Solid IPA.

Keg at the northern monk refractory. A mostly clear bright yellow straw coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is dry pils grains, plastic piney hop, cereal. Flavour is composed of crisp, light grains, pils, grassy weed, leafy hop,. Palate is super crisp, highish carbonation, good.
