Unfiltered golden-amber with particles, a white bubbly-frothy head and some spotted lacing. The mint comes out in the nose with the juniper adding some berriness, fruitiness with the malts. The kveik shows up in the mouthfeel with it dryness, thin action. The mint adds freshness, but does not taste as much in the flavours. Just some malty-citrusy with good dryness. Interesting once, but a little on the weird side.

Seems like a pilsner-rating night. This 5.2% ABV version (34 IBU) is fairly filtered, but I see a touch of tiny particles (gets a tad hazy at the last pour). Golden colour with a big frothy-creamy head, good retention and nice fluffy-foamy patches of lacing. Aromas are quite bready with the yeast and malts. Hints of bananas. Thankfully, the mouthfeel is crisp, not syrupy as it seemed. The Pils malt gives more of a cereal grain taste than spicy. A decent touch of herbal hops lingers. Not my fave Pilsner, but much better than the nose lead to be.

A hazed yellow ipa with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, light cereal, faint tropical fruits, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and lacing. Particles are floating all over. Tangerine aromas with some grassiness and medicinal, mineral notes. Mild citrus juice flavours with again, hoppy-grassy action taking over and good dryness in the end. An interesting NEIPA that is more on the hop side than juiciness.

Ah yeah, Run DMC on the cover! Saw them live at Barrymore's in the early 90s. Copper brown colour with amber highlights. The head is beige, lasts a while and some creamy light lace is left. Rum and raisins are definitely in the nose with some spices, vinous. Dark fruits that do continue into the taste that seems fairly mild. Less spices, sourness is gone, maybe some roasted malts and light dryness. A decent dark ale that has some red wine notes. This is tougher than leather :P

Hazy golden colour, getting hazier at last pour with some of the cranberries giving a pink hue. The frothy white head is lasting well, and leaving thick foamy lacing. Cereal grainy nose with a touch of spiciness, and hints of cranberry. The berries are not strong in the taste, but the smooth malty-grain Kellerbier goes down nicely.

Hazy amber colour with a golden highlight, a big beige frothy head, good stay and lots of foamy-bubbly lacing. Fruity malt aromas with some caramel notes and mild peanuts. The mouthfeel is pretty wet and the dryness is weak in the end. Caramel malt flavours on the watery-side. Lots of particles, but not helping out much here. Not doing much for me.
